1. Subscription Plans

Question AI offers flexible subscription options to suit diverse learning needs. Users can select from Free, Monthly Pro, or Yearly Pro plans depending on their study habits and goals.

  • Free Plan: Limited daily questions, basic AI model, and image & text input support.
  • Monthly Pro Plan ($8.99/month): 30 questions per day, access to question history, image & text input, 24/7 AI tutor support, ad-free experience, and advanced AI model.
  • Yearly Pro Plan ($3.92/month, billed annually): Unlimited questions with all Monthly Pro Plan benefits and up to 49% savings compared to monthly billing.

2. Billing & Payments

  • All payments are securely processed via Stripe
  • Subscription fees are automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  • By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Question AI to charge your selected payment method regularly.
  • Applicable taxes may vary based on your region and local laws.

3. Free Trials

Some plans may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan will automatically renew as a paid subscription, and your card will be charged at the standard rate.

4. Upgrade & Downgrade

  • Upgrades: Changes take effect immediately, and any unused portion of your current plan will be credited toward the new plan.
  • Downgrades: Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to paid features until the next renewal date.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Question AI account dashboard. After cancellation:

  • You will not be charged in the next billing cycle.
  • You will retain access to paid features until the current billing period ends.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including:

  • Partial usage or unused question limits
  • Failure to cancel before renewal

Exceptions are made only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Verified technical failure caused by the Question AI platform
